- Package pricing and time limits are fixed. Activities can be adjusted based on party size, guest ages, and venue — just let us know.
- Times listed are maximums, not a guarantee. Actual duration depends on group size and engagement.
- Book at least one month in advance for the best character availability.
- We travel up to 3.5 hours from Lincoln. Travel fees apply.

Your event is not confirmed until you've received a confirmation email and paid your invoice. Invoices are held for up to 3 business days. Payment is due 24 hours before your event and is made via PayPal (which supports credit card or bank payment).
